This page holds stable documentation on how to configure and build webrtc on platforms. Two major projects I take as reference - ipop-project/documentation and sarandogou/webrtc-everywhere. Also, I'll copy some pieces from http://www.webrtc.org/native-code/development. Because updated webrtc build process won't always work well, the pieces here are working ones.
