Missing otp_length and otp_exp on auth.email in config.toml

Describe the bug
We cannot be ISO to production configuration on local development because there is no otp_length nor otp_exp in config.toml for auth.email

Expected behavior
Be able to setup otp_length and otp_exp for auth.mail
