Storage - file upload is not not possible

Its not possible to upload files using dashboard on locally hosted project.

I want this to be fixed. It's most likely something about platform/api not starting, as response is 404.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I downgraded to 2.34.3, and it's working, but I cant anymore use this version.

I've tested this and it's broken for me too on version 2.48.3 of the CLI. I've attached a video below showing this.
