Implement Support for Reserved Characters & Spaces

• Reference. Spaces should be encoded with %20. Nothing needed to be done. SuperAgent handles this.
• Reference. Values with postgREST reserved characters should be wrapped with %22 or ".

When to wrap with %22 or ":

Table Names

• When the character . is present. Scratch this. This will clash horribly with Implement Support for Embedded Tables #46. Between the two, Implement Support for Embedded Tables #46 is way more likely to happen instead of a table name with the character . present.

Filter Values

• When the character , is present and either the filters in, cs, cd or ova are used.
• When the characters ( and ) are present and the filter in is used.
• For simplicity sake, a single function is introduced wherein it simply checks for either ,, ( or ) and wraps the filter with " when the either the functions in, cs, cd or ova are invoked.
