docs: improve add docs

Closes #786

• Makes the options of the add docs consistent with the display of the create docs
• Adds consistent quoting to the example for the respective add-ons. Currently, it looks like we randomly added them in some places only. This is mainly for our windows friends, at shouldn't harm on any other OS
