This adds the new
iconsandwebsiteUrldescription for the server...if a client supports it, it will show up next to the MCP server (I think currently only VS Code supports it, but it's not like it will break the rest)Unfortunately for the local one it will be ignored since it's an http icon and VS Code only allow
file://ones for the local server, which is a bit stupid IMHO, but it is what it is. We could ship the icon in the STDIO package, but honestly I have no idea how I would have to reference that 🤔
