hash links with different casing are impossible to visit

We have https://svelte.dev/docs/kit/@sveltejs-kit#redirect and https://svelte.dev/docs/kit/@sveltejs-kit#Redirect. While they both work individually, it is impossible to visit via the URL bar. Once one of them is in your history, Chrome will automatically change whatever you entered to that so that you can never visit the other one

Hmm. This only happens with copy/pasting URLs into the URL bar. Not with visiting them via links

It happens even when you visit both via links so that they should both be in your history first. This really feels like a Chrome bug 😝

It works just fine in Firefox. Only broken in Chrome

Determined that it also works in Safari, so will leave this in the hands of the Chrome team
