#321. Like everyone tried to tell me, this is a lot of work but I'm happy to be doing it — it will make things so much more maintainable in the long term.

As with any significant refactor there will be some rough edges, but on the whole it's better than the spaghetti mess of stores we had before.

TODO

• JS and CSS output tabs need to be readonly
• Compiler options need to be connected to the workspace
• Need to show AST output
  • hovering nodes should highlight text in the left hand side
• Create file
• Rename file
• Delete file
• Change file type
• Syntax highlighting for non-Svelte files
• Fix tutorial
• Migrate
  • add explanatory tooltip to button
• Runes info
• Check that saving etc still works
• Check it works on mobile
• Support Svelte 3/4

alright, this isn't perfect yet but it's good enough to merge, and since it'll get in the way of stuff if left open i'll merge once green, and start raising issues for follow-ups
