Describe the problem

Screenshot shows just a simple boolean state toggle with $inspect. I've no idea how UpdatedAtError update was considered to be a nice addition but it gives a feeling you did something wrong or you have an error.

Every time I see it I just want to remove $inspect to not see a message with Error in it. Quite often $inspect is used for some debugging and seeing a message with error is not what you expect.

Describe the proposed solution

Add a way to have $inspect without this UpdatedAtError, just like it was before, maybe with some config flag.

The Error suffix is sadly necessary in order to get clickable links (else Chrome et al won't properly format the links)

You can opt out of the stack trace with this:

Yep, that removes the stack trace, but writing $inspect(thing).with(console.log) everywhere is a bit tedious.

Ideally, there could be a config flag to disable tracing for all $inspect calls by default. It would be even better if the default were no stack trace, and you could enable it only when needed - but a simple config flag to turn it off would really help a lot.

Just renaming UpdatedAtError to Update would help to clarify that this is not an error. Because when I looked in the console and saw the error, I assumed that something was wrong.

Just make two separate methods, one called $inspect() that does the same thing as calling $inspect(thing).with(console.log), and one called $trace() for example, that returns the stack trace with the misleading error message. Everyone wins.
