Fully PWA support

While I'm working a lot with sveltia on my mobile devices I add it to home screen to access it faster, but every time its open up a new tab.
When fully pwa would be supported it would feel much more than a native app.
Any changes to get this feeling?

This is actually a longstanding request in Netlify/Decap CMS:

• Make Netlify CMS a Progressive Web App (PWA)! decaporg/decap-cms#1502

And TIL an app manifest can be created dynamically.

So yes, we should be able to implement it relatively easily 🙂

It’s actually the 17th top-voted feature in Netlify/Decap CMS.

The implementation looks very easy, but we need to check if the authentication popup works properly.
