Add initial support for OpenApi3.1 paths #66
Description
Push a bit further OpenApi 3.1 parser adapter, have a basic support for the Paths-pathItem-Operation elements in Openapi (the Paths boxes in https://www.asyncapi.com/docs/getting-started/coming-from-openapi/). This again would be any basic support for these elements, ok to be buggy and totally incomplete.

- Operation Object + metadata with HTTP method
