Add initial support for AsyncApi 2.0.0 channels #67
Description
Push a bit further with AsyncApi, have a basic support for the channel-channelItem-operation in AsyncAPI (Channels boxes in https://www.asyncapi.com/docs/getting-started/coming-from-openapi/). This again would be any basic support for these elements, ok to be buggy and totally incomplete.
