Description

• Implements plan outlined in Lazy resolution #4248.
• Improves <Markdown /> performance.

DEPENDS on swagger-api/swagger-js#1248.

Motivation and Context

Implements #4248.

How Has This Been Tested?

I've extensively tested this locally:

• all display config options work
  • note: docExpansion: full is slower than before
• 2.0/3.0 display is intact
• Try-It-Out continues to work
