This commit applies the diff needed to transform the sourcekit-lsp codebase into the content of the new package. Notable changes:

  • Deleting files which should remain part of SourceKit-LSP
  • Minor renames (e.g. LanguageServerProtocolTransport)
  • Dropping the swift-crypto dependency
  • Updating SwiftPM and CMake build configs
  • Exposing API as public (if generally useful) or SPI for SourceKit-LSP
