Issue Description:

Using the following repository, https://github.com/happn-tech/XibLoc on tag __SWIFT_5.2.3_LINUX_CRASHER__, we get a crash when compiling on Linux, using Swift 5.2.3 (in the official Swift Docker image).
The crash log is attached.

Sadly I don’t have the time right now to try and reproduce the issue.

Confirmed to still crash with the official swift:5.3.1 docker image. Still does not crash on macOS w/ Swift 5.3.

It does not crash anymore when using the swift:5.8.1 docker image.
Maybe it was fixed earlier, I just have tested with this version.
