hmm... seems at least one of the projects in the performance test suite is trying to check out a non-existent commit:

common.ExecuteCommandFailure: ExecuteCommandFailure(command="git -C /Users/ec2-user/jenkins/workspace/swift-PR-compiler-performance-smoke-test-macOS/swift-source-compat-suite/project_cache/Kingfisher checkout -f 23ef6c73ee3bc12ee3940136aea54bd44a02e93e", returncode=128)

i suppose that will probably need to be addressed before this job will work

@xwu or @eeckstein if/when you get a chance, would one of you mind trying to re-run the performance smoke tests on this? a fix for the issue that was hit last time was recently merged. thanks in advance.
