Improve configuration structure search by adding ConfigId and GroupId for the GraphQL schema #331

As a UI consumer, I want to improve the number of requests used for retrieving the tree configuration.
Describe the solution you'd like
Improve the actual GraphQL schema to support fetching the flat configuration by either ConfigId or GroupId as well.
Additional context
This update is part of the Switcher Management re-work to improve navigability.
