Group reading permission is not cascading validation

Describe the bug
Reading Groups should run cascaded validation.
If a member is granted access to read Switchers then Groups should automatically be readable.

To Reproduce from Switcher Management
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Teams
2. Include only READ access to Switchers
3. Login with a Member Team
4. Open the list of Switchers from Group details

Expected behavior
List Switchers from the selected Group
