Bumping Symfony to 6.4 also means bumping PHP to 8.1, as that's the min version supported by that Symfony version.

Could you include in this PR the changes on Symfony version constraint suggested by @stof please? #518 (comment)

Yes, false disables the SYMFONY_REQUIRE constraint. I see Symfony 7.3.3 and 7.4.x-dev installed, which is expected.
