Hello again. I didn't find my previous issue thread. So starting a new one.
I installed the latest API but still couldn't connect to the BOSS device. Could you please look into the error below and suggest me a solution?

Hi @birajstha,

The error is caused because for some advanced operations outside of the bossdevice API, the Speedgoat I/O Blockset must be installed to connect to the real-time target machine. This change in behavior has been documented in the release notes for R2023b.

Can you please try running the bossdevice API directly from the MATLAB command line? This should include the fundamental dependencies.

I tried with downloading and installing the new release but I still get this error.

The Simulink Real-Time Target Support Package is a requirement of the bossdevice API and must be installed beforehand, and so it is listed in the requirements section. Please download and install it from the Add-On Manager as prompted or manually from https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/76387-simulink-real-time-target-support-package
