You can programmatically select specific rows in the Syncfusion Blazor DataGrid based on a certain condition. This feature is particularly useful when you need to dynamically highlight or manipulate specific rows in the Grid based on custom conditions. This functionality can be achieved using the [SelectRowsAsync](https://help.syncfusion.com/cr/blazor/Syncfusion.Blazor.Grids.SfGrid-1.html#Syncfusion_Blazor_Grids_SfGrid_1_SelectRowsAsync_System_Int32___) method in the [DataBound](https://help.syncfusion.com/cr/blazor/Syncfusion.Blazor.Grids.GridEvents-1.html#Syncfusion_Blazor_Grids_GridEvents_1_DataBound) event of Grid.

In the below demo, we have selected the Grid rows only when **EmployeeID** column value greater than **3**.

Add similiar to this --> With the help of GetCurrentViewRecords method to get current page records and applied the condition. Based on that multiple rows has been selected at initial rendering of the Grid. --> Rephrase and add this
