To initialize a palette, define a JSON object with the property [Id](https://help.syncfusion.com/cr/blazor/Syncfusion.Blazor.Diagrams.SymbolPalettePalette.html#Syncfusion_Blazor_Diagrams_SymbolPalettePalette_Id) that is unique ID is set to the palettes.
