Updated the below in DoubleTextBox control User Guide documentation.
1.Added details about the newly introduced HideTrailingZeros property used to control the visibility of trailing zeros in decimal values.
2.Added output screenshot of the HideTrailingZeros property with both True and False settings to visually demonstrate the effect.
