Note that #1101 includes the removal of all deprecation warnings and deprecated functionality:

Photometry aliases:

• photo_fluxes and photo_luminosities properties on Component, BaseGalaxy, and Particles (use photo_fnu/photo_lnu)
• particle_photo_fluxes and particle_photo_luminosities properties on Particles (use particle_photo_fnu/particle_photo_lnu)
• get_photo_fluxes() and get_photo_luminosities() methods on Component and BaseGalaxy (use get_photo_fnu()/get_photo_lnu())

Particle methods:

• Stars.get_particle_spectra() and Stars.get_particle_lines() (use get_spectra()/get_lines() with per-particle emission models)
• BlackHoles.get_particle_spectra() and BlackHoles.get_particle_lines() (same)
• Galaxy.calculate_los_tau_v() (use Stars.get_los_column_density())

Emission models:

• apply_dust_to parameter in EmissionModel (use apply_to); now raises an error in __init__, fix_parameters(), and to_hdf5()

Star formation history:

• duration parameter in SFH.Constant() (use max_age)
