Ms Dial For Mac iOS

I was really hoping to be able to use this tool but am not finding a way install it on my mac. Tried the directions on the following web page and it would not work. It says the final type is not supported when trying to unzip. Is there a download or a file that I am not seeing so I can use this on iOS? Thank you.
