Fork from SD2E/base-images. From https://github.com/SD2E/base-images commit 8d0a533d9917fa2cce9bb62e236f71c4869093f9, recursively copied reactors/sdk/python to root of this new repo.
Package is now pip installable, and able to be imported as reactors_sdk.
