Что нужно:
Мы используем для хранения состояний фейловера в Картридже кластер ETCD в качестве одного из двух вариантов. Вышли новые версии ETCD, в которых не поддерживается флаг, который мы используем. То есть в текущих версиях Картридж не работает с ETCD 3.6.0 и выше.
