How to enable "Brakdown" tab in dashboard

How we can able to enable "breakdown" tab in ice dashboard, I can see in readme about this, but I didn't understand what mentioned there, Can anyone please describe much more about that functionality enable.

@Jithinxavi Without the breakdown feature, Ice shows you the aws usage/cost at account/region/zone/product level. The breakdown feature can help you break down aws usage/cost by application, s3 bucket, etc. To use it, you need to write some java code. As explained in readme, you need to sub-class ResourceService. SampleMapDbResourceService provides an sample how the sub-class could look like.

@fangji we'd like to do this too - we tag our resources for the feature name and the tenant name, so would like to get a breakdown on that basis.

However, I don't really understand what the SampleMapDbResourceService is intended to do, to then either customise it or write my own; would you be able to enhance the commenting or explanation here, please?

Also the pull request at #30 provides a second example which uses an instance of https://github.com/Netflix/edda to query for EC2 instance tags.

Great; thanks. We don't have Edda; we only have AWS native tags. I assume we'd have to new up an AWS service client to query for those tags based on the resource ID...?

Also - we have two dimensions we'd like to slice on - our feature name tags, and our tenant name tags. So, for example, an AWS resource like an EC2 instance can be tagged

je:feature partnercentre
je:tenant uk

and we'd want to be able to see a breakdown grouped by feature (and grouped by tenant), and also grouped by tenant (and filtered by feature). Is that possible...?

@petemounce in you ResourceService subclass, you may want to concat the feature and tenant into one string. Then you can break down all feature and tenant combinations. After that, you can create application groups based on the feature and tenant values.
