Spreadsheet list validation should consider "1,2,3,.." as numeric list #6019

Bug report
Currently only {1,2,3,..} is considered as numeric list for the list validation but this type of value cannot be exported to Excel format.
"1,2,3,.." is supported for export, but in the Kendo Spreadsheet it is considered as string validation.
