Added
ResetAssignClustersandResetMarkForClusteringwhich usesClearAttribute. Will need it for a later PR, where in MFC, we shall be running mark->assign->encapsulate->checksupportednodes->ResetAssignClusters->ResetMarkForClustering in a loop till convergence on the correct supported nodes.
