Calculation of energy added in Charges and in Statistics

I don't understand why energy used is calculated correctly although charge_energy_used is NULL for this charging process:

The corresponding entries in charges are

When I look at that charging process in Charges Details, I see the query

SELECT  charge_energy_used AS "Used"
FROM  charging_processes where id = 789

for energy used. Running that against the database returns NULL. But in Grafana I get 1.16 as result:

I don't understand, why...
