Add support for React Native Testing Library

It's been a while since we have been asked to add support for React Native Testing Library framework in the plugin. However, it's not as simple as just adding a new config for it. We need to figure out:

• what things are async vs sync to toggle the correct
• the render method behaves the same
• the queries are the same
• there are other differences with React Testing Library

In this project, we can find some of the attempts for supporting parts of RN Testing Library.
