getopts for command line parsing

Except the ugly STARTTLS cmdline the next edition should not change the basic options unless there are reasons to do so. Then: Next week or so I would get a stable version out to http://testssl.sh, this has first priority before everything else.

For the record: getopt wasn't portable (GNU on Linux, different on BSD). getopts (bash) has only short options, this would have broken compatibility.

Kudos to Peter, now testssl.sh does that compatible for every OS and doesn't break compatibility..
