Revolutionising text to speech

This is the Flutter mobile app that stores contacts' voice data, listens for notifications and plays back the received audio from the server.

To develop:

• Download Flutter SDK
• Download Android Studio + command-line tools
• Plug in your android phone
• Run flutter doctor -v to obtain the device number
• Run flutter -v -d xxxx run to upload onto the phone
