Rank Revamp

• Fixed #85 - users can't go below 0 XP or gain XP beyond the max rank
  1. Fixed #34 - refactored the rank system to prevent server timeout errors
  2. Introduced the "Prestige" feature which is the term used to describe when a user has reached the max rank; users with "Prestige" will no longer gain XP, and will receive double Gold rewards (which is applied before the super modifier Honor buff)
