Zonky Example broken

What steps will reproduce the bug? (please provide code snippet if relevant)

1. Clone repository
2. cd /examples/zonky
3. cargo run

What happens?
Error: DatabaseInitializationError(No such file or directory (os error 2))

What did you expect to happen instead?
Running smoothly :)

In my own repo I analyzed the downloaded Postgres repository and noticed that some paths weren't as expected. There was for example no "bin" folder, instead all scripts where top level.
I couldn't quite figure out where things are supposed to be though.

I am looking into zonkyas ICU should be supported there until we find a way to include it in theseus

@c-thiel thanks for reporting the issue; this appears to have been broken with the changes in 0.16.0. PR #150 should correct the issue and the fix has been released in 0.17.3
