This pull request updates securesystemslib (0.11.0 -> 0.11.1).
v0.11.1is the remaining fix to address the unit test failures in Windows. It fixes the issue where the\r\nnewline character causes the KEYID of a key to differ across the supported environments (Windows, MacOS, and Linux).Please verify and check that the pull request fulfills the following
