@harshhere905 @NitkarshChourasia
The original message still seems far more inclusive than the newly edited one. The reasons could be following

  1. We do not attribute any of the project in this repository as cool or awesome, why? Because let that right of judgement be given to the community.

  2. You only described two kinds of person novice or seasoned pro, I for example may not be able to see the spectrum where all belong, it's gray area when it comes to expertise in javascript.

Overall its lacks inclusivity and give biased judgement on the collection. Overall suggestion is to stay as objective as possible.

Thank you for providing this opportunity for a feedback, we love looking at your PRs and make objective judgements, so that everybody can learn grow together.

The message the contributor wrote means this.
He is so excited to code, that he loves looking at these projects, and out of the excitement he feels they are quite awesome and cool.
It was not that he pointed out two types of people but people in a diverse range .... ranging from novice to seasoned pros... he means that anybody is open to contribution.

He covers the emotions of the Open-source contributors, that their love for coding is what makes them hunt for issues and heal it, through their love for coding.

If you will see here:

This is an open-source repository that collects different JavaScript projects. For all who love JavaScript, here you can explore a diverse array of projects. This collection highlights the creativity and expertise of developers, offering inspiration and practical examples for JavaScript enthusiasts of all levels

Here, it doesn't even cover everyone, it specifically tells developers.

The other write up is good, I would say.
It packs the emotions of the community who codes for the love of coding...

@PBJI It was my two cents. All stays on what the maintainers of this repository believe so.

@NitkarshChourasia sure!

But, @harshhere905 as it is the face of my profile and a personal brand of GitHub.
I won't be merging it directly. You know what I mean.
Will it still be fine for you?

As you are a web 3.0 enthusiast.
You will be creating a wonderful README.md file.
I would love it to be formal, and inviting to people and would love to keep all the things in it.
As of now, you can unleash your creativity.
See, you on the other side.
Thanks @harshhere905

@harshhere905 As I see, you are quite a writer.
Are you aware of any tools or web apps which can let me build an awesome and descriptive resume as a programmer?
It is quiet an Art to sell yourself through a piece of paper, you know.
