Incorrect Repository URL in README

The README has the wrong clone URL.

Current:
git clone https://github.com/thirdweb-example/insight-blueprint-starter

Should be:
git clone https://github.com/thirdweb-dev/insight-blueprint-starter.git

The thirdweb-example repo doesn't exist, so the clone fails.
