Should /socratic‑review be expanded to account for cases where you're reviewing other's work?

Right now, /socratic‑review helps you do thoughtful a self review of your own work. I wonder if this could be expanded to apply to cases where you're reviewing other's work?

I know you can just call the built-in /review command, and that's fine, but I worry that will prevent team members from understanding the "why" and not the "what" of each PR.
