Create example workflows

Since these skills are meant to be manually invoked, it would be nice to demonstrate some common workflows.

For example:

Building a feature

/slice => /tdd => /socratic-review

Onboarding

/explain => /prior-art

Additionally, we might want to highlight when and how to use built-in commands and bundled skills like /simplify. My thinking is the Rails Consultant plugin should have a narrow focus.
