Testing & Workflow Reliability — v1.2.0
This release improves the reliability and execution boundaries of the frontend multi-agent workflow.
Highlights include:
- split the previous generic Testing role into
testing-logicandtesting-ui; - make Test Plan the authority for testing routes:
none | logic | ui | both; - allow testing specialists to diagnose and fix test-only failures within the same execution lifecycle;
- enforce clearer role boundaries between Coding, Testing Logic, and Testing UI;
- add authority readiness checks before implementation begins;
- make validation evidence scoped to the contract and source state it proves;
- improve Orchestrator/Controller execution with safer retries, idempotent actions, bounded write scopes, and disposable Orchestrator processes;
- keep Jira focused on durable work state instead of routine execution traces;
- move parent Task completion after final Brain acceptance and Orchestrator finalization;
- clarify that generic lint, typecheck, build, hooks, and CI remain owned by the working project's repository contract.
The release also updates the public README to reflect the current workflow, agent roles, Jira lifecycle, and execution ownership model.
