Unable to run a game with a custom `--tcli-directory`

Following the Example Linux Valheim Server Setup Workflow guide, if I use a custom --tcli-directory with tcli run, mods are not loaded.

Workaround: Create a symlink from ~/.config/ThunderstoreCLI to your ${TCLI_DIRECTORY}.

This is now fixed in the 0.2.1 release, along with a few other bugs
