CORSMiddleware Not Work ,How can i deal with options request

These are any OPTIONS request with Origin and Access-Control-Request-Method headers. In this case the middleware will intercept the incoming request and respond with appropriate CORS headers, and either a 200 or 400 response for informational purposes.

Does your OPTIONS request come with those headers? Is your origin running on 127.0.0.1:80 or 127.0.0.1:5000?

These are any OPTIONS request with Origin and Access-Control-Request-Method headers.

Do you have Access-Control-Request-Method in your request?
