Dockerfile without ENTRYPOINT and CMD?

The provided Dockerfile:

FROM tiangolo....

COPY . /app

But where are the ENTRYPOINT and CMD as compared to a normal Flask Dockerfile:

ENTRYPOINT["python"]

CMD["main.py"]

Tried CMD["uvicorn", "--reload", "--port", "5000"]

says uvicorn command not found?

Is uvicorn already launched under the hood?

They are defined in the parent images.

As @pmav99 says, they are already included in the image.
