- The failure on R-devel is not related to this PR and we are tracking the problem in r-lib/lobstr#48
- I did change the methods so that it could share the same one as the other MASS objects

Add support for
MASS::polrobjects byaxe_env(). Mimicks other{ MASS }objects butchered in mass.R.Also adds associated tests. The model fit in tests and examples is based on the documentation in
{ MASS }.I'd gladly merge the added polr.R file contents to mass.R if you prefer.
