Thank you for helping us make RadiumLauncher better! To get your issue fixed as quickly as possible, please follow this guide to create a clear and actionable bug report.
Before opening a new ticket, please use the search bar on the Issues page to see if someone else has already reported the same problem. If they have, you can add your logs or comments to that existing thread.
A good bug report should include the following details:
- Clear Title: Summarize the issue in a few words (e.g., "[Linux] Launcher crashes on startup after update").
- Steps to Reproduce: Explain exactly what you did before the bug occurred.
- Expected vs. Actual Behavior: What should have happened, and what actually happened instead.
-
Environment:
- OS: Windows 10 / 11 / Linux (specify distro, e.g., Ubuntu 24.04)
- Launcher Version: (e.g., v1.0 Stable)
Visuals and logs are the most important part of debugging!
- ๐ธ Screenshots: If the launcher shows an error message, press
Win + Shift + S(on Windows) or use your system screenshot tool on Linux to take a picture and paste it directly into the issue description. - ๐ Log Files: If the launcher crashes or gets stuck, please check the installation directory for any
.logor.txtfiles and attach them.
Once you have everything ready:
- Go to the New Issue Page.
- Fill out the template with the information gathered above.
- Click Submit new issue.
Please note: Keep your bug reports respectful and informative. Low-effort reports without logs or descriptions may be closed automatically.
