Time Zones missing? Feature request.

Hi,
I'm currently setting up and my time zone is missing. As is the one next to me.
ADT - Atlantic Canada
NDT - Newfoundland Canada
Eastern is currently 1:15 pm
Atlantic is 2:15 pm
And here in Newfoundland is 2:45 pm

Buenos Aries fits the Atlantic time zone. I can't find one to be Newfoundland. NST = GMT -3:30
