customize note names with category icon

Hi!

i miss a feature from note editor i used before jotty (trilium). It was possible to choose the icon for every note from a default icon pack (https://docs.triliumnotes.org/user-guide/concepts/themes/icon-packs)

I started working on it as soon as you suggested the feature because I thought it was a really good idea. 😊 I simply reused the folder icon customization system and adapted it for note icons.
