Public OIDC client

Hi,

with the development of a SPA, it would be very useful if public clients without token endpoint authentication could be used. Just like in Authelia:

• https://www.authelia.com/configuration/identity-providers/openid-connect/clients/#public
• https://www.authelia.com/configuration/identity-providers/openid-connect/clients/#token_endpoint_auth_method

Or I just overlook how it could be done already :)

I'm not aware of any plans to implement this yet, but it certainly seems doable 🙂
